Shipping policy
We aim to ship out your order as fast as possible. All of our in stock products are housed in either our Australian warehouse or Fulfilment centre in the USA. All USA fulfilled products will be stated in the product title and will be shipped domestically from the USA with rates specific to the USA.
Fulfilment Times:
Orders shipped from our Australia warehouse will be packed and fulfilled within 72 hours if they are in stock.
Orders shipped from our USA fulfilment partners will be packed and fulfilled within 72 hours if they are in stock.
Please note: If there are any inventory errors, we will refund you for the product that is missing.
All Pre-order products will be fulfilled within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Your in-stock products will ship together with any of your pre-order products to save you shipping costs. If you make orders before our preorders arrive, we will do our best to merge your orders out of goodwill.

Commissioned artworks can take 1-12 weeks based on the artist's schedule, the complexity of design, agreed on timeframe and availability. We aim to provide you with the best artwork possible to meet your demands and we pride ourselves on quality.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from cowf.ee, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Cowfee Art does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
- We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.
- We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. If you have an error in your delivery address, it will cause significant delays. These orders are non-refundable.
- Once your order has been fulfilled, it's no longer possible to change the shipping address, please double check your address before placing your order.
- For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.
- Cowfee Art reserves the rights to amend and change their shipping policy at any time.
